fais du CrossFit et tu sens que ton \u00e9paule te \u201ctire\u201d apr\u00e8s certains WOD ? Ou tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu que \u201cle CrossFit d\u00e9truit les \u00e9paules\u201d ? Rassure-toi, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est beaucoup plus nuanc\u00e9e.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc49 Une grande \u00e9tude scientifique men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de <strong>187 pratiquants de CrossFit<\/strong> a montr\u00e9 que le risque de blessure d\u2019\u00e9paule \u00e9tait d\u2019environ <strong>2 blessures pour 1000 heures d\u2019entra\u00eenement<\/strong>. <em><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/27578854\/\">(Ref: Summit et al, 2016)<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/p><p>En clair : c\u2019est <strong>le m\u00eame ordre de grandeur que d\u2019autres sports exigeants<\/strong> comme la course longue distance, le triathlon ou la gymnastique.<\/p><p>Alors pourquoi l\u2019\u00e9paule est-elle si souvent concern\u00e9e en CrossFit ? Et surtout, comment continuer \u00e0 t\u2019entra\u00eener sans douleur ? Ces causes sont <strong>modifiables<\/strong>.
