Mais la diff\u00e9rence \u00e9tait tellement petite qu\u2019elle ne d\u00e9passait pas le seuil de d\u00e9tection clinique.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc49 Autrement dit : ce n\u2019est <strong>pas suffisant pour identique avec ou sans charge.<\/li><li>Ligament coraco-acromial, sillon du biceps, muscle grand dentel\u00e9 (SA) et trap\u00e8ze inf\u00e9rieur (LT) : <strong>aucune diff\u00e9rence significative<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>\ud83d\udc49 Conclusion : <strong>ta douleur ne peut pas s\u2019expliquer uniquement par ce que l\u2019\u00e9cho montre<\/strong>.<\/p><p><!-- notionvc: \u00e9paules (snatch, jerk, handstand push-up, kipping).<\/p><p>Si ta douleur appara\u00eet, c\u2019est souvent que la <strong>charge a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la capacit\u00e9 de ton \u00e9paule<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u27a1\ufe0f R\u00e9duis temporairement le volume et l\u2019intensit\u00e9.
