es volleyeur(se) et ton \u00e9paule commence \u00e0 te g\u00eaner, surtout quand tu attaques ou que tu sers ?<\/p><p>Une cause fr\u00e9quente chez les joueurs est le <strong>GIRD (Glenohumeral Internal Rotation Deficit)<\/strong>. Derri\u00e8re ce terme compliqu\u00e9, il s\u2019agit simplement d\u2019une <strong>perte de rotation interne de l\u2019\u00e9paule<\/strong> dominante, souvent li\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des gestes de smash ou de service.<\/p><p>Les derni\u00e8res recherches montrent qu\u2019un GIRD sup\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 17\u00b0 et\/ou une asym\u00e9trie de rotation totale \u2265 5\u00b0 <strong>augmentent fortement le risque de douleur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9paule<\/strong>, en particulier chez les attaquants <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/40902718\/\">(Catalina T et al., 2025)<\/a> <a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/40620406\/\">(Nimrah et al \u00e9paule dominante (celle qui frappe) par rapport \u00e0 ton autre bras.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc49 Concr\u00e8tement : si tu tournes ton bras vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur (paume vers le sol) allong\u00e9 sur le dos \u00e0 90\u00b0 d\u2019abduction, tu auras moins d\u2019angle c\u00f4t\u00e9 dominant.<\/p><ul><li>Une petite perte est normale (adaptation au sport).<\/li><li>Mais au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un <strong>capsule post\u00e9rieure plus raide<\/strong> (moins de souplesse derri\u00e8re l\u2019\u00e9paule)<\/li><li>Un <strong>gain d\u2019amplitude en rotation externe<\/strong> (adaptatif, utile pour la performance)<\/li><li>Une <strong>perte progressive de rotation interne<\/strong> (qui peut devenir douloureuse si elle d\u00e9passe le seuil de tol\u00e9rance)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc49 Les attaquants sont les plus expos\u00e9s. Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente men\u00e9e sur 84 volleyeurs\u00a0 a montr\u00e9 qu\u2019ils avaient 11 fois plus de risque d\u2019avoir des douleurs d\u2019\u00e9paule par rapport aux autres
